Parts printed properly, up the road.
Send us an STL and tell us what the part has to survive. We print it on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with AMS, check it before it ships, and tell you honestly if there is a better way to make it.
Quote by return, usually same business day. Nothing charged until you agree it.
What we print
If it fits the bed, it is probably on this listBed size is the real constraint. 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Bigger than that and we split it into parts and bond them — which is usually fine, and we will tell you up front what the seam will look like.
Why the machine matters
Most desktop printers are open-frame with a brass nozzle, which quietly rules out half the materials worth using. This one does not, and that changes what you can ask for.
An enclosed, heated chamber
- ABS and ASA print properly instead of warping off the bed — so parts can live in a hot car or in Queensland sun
- ASA is UV-stable where PLA goes chalky and brittle within a season
- Fewer failed prints on tall or thin geometry
A hardened steel nozzle and AMS
- PA-CF (nylon carbon fibre) and other abrasive filaments are possible at all — they destroy a brass nozzle in a few hundred grams
- Up to 4 colours in one part from the AMS
- First-layer inspection catches a bad start before it wastes a day
We would rather talk you out of the wrong material than print the right file badly.

Pickup from Moreton Bay; posted anywhere in Australia otherwise. Part of DyCom Group Queensland, so if the part is for a system we already look after, it lands on the same invoice.
